I’m Phil Collier, a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner based in Cornwall. I offer confidential, evidence-informed therapy online and in person within natural settings, supporting people living with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and psychosis. I have particular experience in men’s mental health and in helping clients rebuild steady routines, improve emotional regulation, and restore confidence.
What I offer
Assessment and bespoke care planning rooted in clinical experience and psychological approaches.
Short- and longer-term therapy tailored to your needs, delivered online or outdoors in natural spaces.
Practical skills for managing mood, reducing anxiety, improving sleep and coping with distress.
Development of personalised, practical suicide-safety plans to reduce immediate risk and increase safety. (Please note: I do not provide a crisis service.)
Why work with me
Clinical qualifications and frontline experience across mental health services.
A practical, respectful approach focused on what helps you function and feel safer day to day.
Flexible delivery options to suit your comfort—remote sessions or walking therapy in natural settings.
If you’d like to discuss whether I can help you or arrange an initial free consultation, tell me a little about what you’re struggling with and your preferred way of working. I’ll respond with next steps and availability.

Therapy in natures room
Where are we?
I am based in Cornwall. The owners of the woods have asked me not to give the exact location on this website. Once you have signed up to see me however, I can send you directions to the woods.
I offer outdoor and online therapy tailored to your needs. I can help with anxiety, depression, psychosis, trauma, or a general sense of unease. If you feel unsettled, overwhelmed, or unsure why, get in touch. Together we’ll explore what’s going on, make practical changes, reflect meaningfully, and provide compassionate support to encourage positive, lasting change.
