Your first 1 hour session with me is FREE with no obligation to take further therapy. It helps you find out more about what you can expect and start to identify what you want to get from therapy.

Currently, Friday is the only day I have available for in person, face to face sessions, but this may change as the service adapts and grows. Evening online one to one sessions are available throughout the week.
